The Uses Of Lemon Balm...
Some of the uses of it's fresh leaves:
Make a tea. Put some in your gin & tonic. Rub it on your hands after cleaning fish, or doing anything stinky. Place a handful in your bath water. Use it as a garnish, bake it on top of fish [especially salmon], or lamb. Or, boil it in water, on the stove, as an air freshener.
Enjoy lemon balm!!!

Lemon Balm...
That's okay with me, as I love it. It truly does smell like lemons. I've made organic furniture polish from it, with vegetable oil. You can drink it as a tea. I live in zone 5 in the United States and it winters over beautifully as a perennial.
