Just mix together & bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes till it's done:
1 cup cooking oil
1 cup honey
3 eggs
3 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup poppy seeds
3 1/2 tbs. baking soda
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1/2 tsp. salt
